- The NABERS ESC Estimator will help you understand whether your building is eligible to participate in the NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) under the NABERS baseline method. It will also provide an estimation of how many ESCs your building could potentially generate by reducing its energy consumption. For this tool you will need an accurate estimation of your energy consumption and your predicted NABERS Energy rating. To generate ESCs, you will need to assign an Accredited Certificate Provider (ACP) before the end of the rating period.
