The basis of this book was a desire to prepare a report which provides readily accessible and concise data on all major activities in coal conversion technology. The data are given in three main sections: Section I, Coal Conversion Processes for the Production of Solid, Liquid, and gaseous products; Section II, High-Btu Coal Gasification Processes; and Section III, Low- and Medium-Btu Coal Gasification Processes.
